Mmapule Tshabalala, founder of Free Spirit Investments and its subsidiaries Insightful Solutions and Atisa Optimisation, has always been driven by growth ,her own and that of others. As a child, she taught imaginary “classes” to the trees behind her home, spent time at a local library as one of its youngest members, later volunteering at her high school library. These moments planted the seeds of a lifelong love for learning and mentorship.
Her entrepreneurial spark showed early too. She sold earrings with her sister, ran a snack business in boarding school, and represented Avroy Shlain cosmetics in college. Each small step taught her resilience, creativity, and business sense ,lessons that shaped the foundation of her work today.
With more than two decades of experience across SME and global corporate environments, Mmapule brings rich insights to business and people development. Her formal qualifications in Marketing Management, Project Management, and Management Coaching, combined with extensive continental experience, inform her comprehensive approach to enterprise development and optimisation.
Her expertise in Business Development, Training and Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, Market Research, and Facilities Management & Real Estate goes far beyond her formal qualifications, allowing her to address business challenges with a broader, more holistic understanding.
Beyond business, she is a wife and mother of two sets of twins, living proof that purpose and family can thrive together. For Mmapule, cultivating growth isn’t just about business success , it’s about creating impact that lasts for generations.
